Delhi Traffic Police advisory issued with strict warning action against Drunk Drivers for Holi 2024
The Delhi Traffic Police Saturday issued an advisory on Saturday in view of Holi 2024, warning drunk drivers and other rule-breakers of strict action on the festival of colours.
As per the advisory, special teams will be deployed at major road intersections across the city to curb drunken driving and red-light jumping.
The traffic police has made elaborate arrangements to ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists on the roads and check incidents of drunken driving, over-speeding, reckless driving, zig-zag driving, dangerous driving, red-light jumping, triple riding, driving by minors, riding two-wheelers without a helmet, performing stunts on two-wheelers etc.
