Voting can be done from home itself during Tamil Nadu elections
The date 19th of April 2024 on which Tamil Nadu elections would be held is not far away.
Those who are differently able (40% or more) and those senior citizens above the age of 85 and who cannot go to the polling booths could cast their votes from their respective houses itself.
These persons must fill up and submit Form 12D compulsorily before 25th of March.
- Chennai district - The voters can call the helpline 1800-425-7087.
- Chengalpet district - The voters can call the helpline 1800-425-7088, 044-27427412 / 044-27427414.
- Thiruvallur district - The voters can call the helpline 1800-425-8515 or 044-27660641 / 27660642.
