Book fair to commence in Kolkata from 18th January EXPIRED
The 47th Kolkata International Book Fair is all set to be inaugurated by chief minister Mamata Banerjee on 18th January, Thursday as the last-minute preparations are on at the Salt Lake Central Park fairground.
Books have already arrived at some big stalls and final touches are being added to the outlets.
Officials of the Publishers and Booksellers Guild, said the fair will have the highest number of participation of book publishers and little magazines with around 1,000 stalls.
