Maharashtrian have to take mandatory FDA permission before holding mass public events
Before hosting a big event for more than 100 people, like a “mahaprasad,” birthday party, or anything similar, individuals or groups must get FDA approval.
This rule is from the beginning. It has been made to avoid the risk of food poisoning. The people’s intentions are good as in hosting a mahaprasad or anything similar, by which they aim to feed other people.
But, to avoid food poisoning cases from happening, this rule is mandatory. The approval covers all food safety norms. The FDA has strengthened monitoring regarding the same.
