After undergoing repairs, cleaning and restoration works, the entry of the pilgrims into the temple tank Swamy Pushkarini will resume from September 1 onwards.

It may be mentioned here that as a practice,  the temple tank is usually cleansed and repairs works if any are being carried out every year before annual brahmotsavams at Tirumala.

The entire cleaning and renovation activity takes place for a month during which the pilgrims will not be allowed to take bath in the Pushkarini. After a month the sacred Pushkarini Bath resumes for pilgrims from September 1 onwards.
