Partial cancellation of Suburban Trains on MMC-Arakkonam Route due to line block on 8th August
Several suburban trains on the Moore Market Complex (MMC)-Arakkonam route will experience partial cancellations on August 8 due to a line-block permitted in the Chennai Central and Arakkonam section at Arakkonam Yard from 11:10 am to 1:10 pm (2 hours). The affected trains are as follows:
• MMC-Arakkonam Local: Trains departing at 9:10 am and 11:00 am will be partially cancelled between Tiruvallur and Arakkonam.
• MMC-Tiruttani Local: The train leaving at 10:00 am will be partially cancelled between Tiruvallur and Tiruttani.
• Arakkonam-MMC Local: Trains departing at 11:15 am and 12:00 pm will be partially cancelled between Arakkonam and Tiruvallur.
• Tiruttani-MMC Local: The train leaving at 12:35 pm will be partially cancelled between Tiruttani and Tiruvallur.
• Vellore Cantonment-Arakkonam MEMU: The train departing at 10:00 am will be partially cancelled between Chitteri and Arakkonam.
• MMC-Tirupati MEMU: The train leaving at 9:50 am will be partially cancelled between MMC and Tiruttani.
