Train cancellations and route changes in Arakkonam due to track maintenance
Various works under the `Amrit Bharat` project are taking place in the Arakkonam area of Ranipet district. As part of this project, track maintenance near Arakkonam railway station will be conducted today.
Due to the maintenance work, all electric trains from Arakkonam to Chennai are cancelled. Additionally, electric trains from Chennai to Arakkonam and Tiruthani will run only up to Tiruvallur.
These cancellations and route adjustments will be in effect today and tomorrow from 10:30 am to 4 pm.
