Train Services to be affected for 3 Days between some sections in Chennai EXPIRED
In relation to passenger safety and ensuring smooth train operations, there will be adjustments in the train services. This is due to ongoing engineering works, including line block and power block in the Chennai Central and Gudur sections between Ponneri and Minjur Railway stations on March 28, 30,31 from 10 am to 11:45 am.
As part of ongoing engineering works, Line Block/Power Block is permitted in Chennai Central and Gudur section on 28th, 30th & 31st March 2024 Passengers, kindly take note and plan your journey.'
Due to these adjustments, following changes will occur in the pattern of EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) train services:
1. Train No. 42009, Moore Market Complex Gummidipundi EMU Local leaving Moore Market Complex at 9 am is partially cancelled between Minjur and Gummidipundi on 28th, 30th & 31st March 2024.
2. Train No. 42013, Moore Market Complex Gummidipundi EMU Local leaving Moore Market Complex at 10:35 am is partially cancelled between Minjur and Gummidipundi on 28th, 30th & 31st March 2024.
3. Train No. 42601, Chennai Beach Gummidipundi EMU Local leaving Chennai Beach at 09:40 am is partially cancelled between Ennore and Gummidipundi on 28th, 30th& 31st March 2024.
4. Train No. 42014, Gummidipundi Moore Market Complex EMU Local leaving Gummidipundi at 09:55 am is partially cancelled between Gummidipundi and Minjur on 28th, 30th & 31st March 2024.
5. Train No. 42604, Gummidipundi Chennai Beach EMU Local leaving Gummidipundi at 10:55 am is partially cancelled between Gummidipundi and Minjur on 28th, 30th & 31st March 2024.
6. Train No. 42408, Sullurupeta - Moore Market Complex EMU Local leaving Sullurupeta at 10 am is partially cancelled between Gummidipundi and Ennore on 28th, 30th & 31st March 2024.
