Traffic Movement on MG Road to be diverted for Three Months due to Metro works in Agra

Vehicular movement on MG Road will be diverted for three months due to the construction of a new metro station between St John's Chowk and Raja Mandi Chowk.  This construction will limit road space to just five meters on both sides for a 55-meter stretch, allowing passage only for cars and two-wheelers.  City buses will not operate along this route and heavy vehicles will be barred from entering at night while government vehicles, autos and e-rickshaws will follow the altered routes.   Buses and large vehicles are prohibited from approaching Raja Mandi from SN Emergency.Passenger buses and municipal trucks are not permitted to move towards St John's from Hariparvat intersection. To reach St John's intersection and Hariparvat, vehicles will be rerouted from Subhash Park via Panchkuian. Vehicles from Pachkuian will head towards St John's and Madia Katra from Kothi Meena Bazaar, Loha Mandi intersection.
