The Maharashtra Revenue Department has made it mandatory for employees to use the Face App for attendance tracking, starting August 2025.

Attendance Requirement: Employees must mark their attendance using the Face App and geo-fencing system, which will track their physical presence at designated office locations.

Salary Disbursement: Only employees registered on the Face App will receive their August salary, which will be disbursed in September. Those who fail to comply will not receive their salaries.

Government Resolution: A formal Government Resolution (GR) will be issued shortly, outlining the implementation guidelines for this new attendance system.
