Traffic Modifications for Balewadi Event in Pune
A state-level event will be held tomorrow at Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex to deposit funds from the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana 2024 (Chief Minister My Beloved Sister Scheme) into the bank accounts of selected beneficiary women.
In light of this event, traffic changes have been implemented in the area by Pune City Police and Pimpri Chinchwad Police.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, along with several ministers, dignitaries, and private vehicles and buses totalling around 900, will attend the program, drawing a large crowd. To prevent traffic jams on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway, certain traffic modifications will be in effect from 6 AA to 8 PM on17th August.
