Ambernath Shiva Temple 963-year old temple and it is known for its Hemadpanthi style. The stones are beautifully carved. Shiva devotees come here with great faith to seek blessings of Lord Shankar. The crowd in the temple increases in the month of Shravan.

But these Shiva devotees will now have to follow some restrictions while worshipping in the temple.

The 21st century ancient Shiva temple in Ambernath is in danger of collapse. It is affecting the idols of Ambernath Shiv Temple. Due to this, a ban has been imposed on breaking coconuts in the ancient Shiva temple. These orders have been given by the officials of the Archeology Department to the concerned.
