With completion of repair work, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) reopened the road overbridge (RoB) near Ponmalai railway station on the Trichy-Chennai National highway from 12th March, Tuesday.

Authorities said after the two-month-long repair work, a safety audit was conducted and it recommended reopening of the bridge for vehicular movement.
